Apple telah meluncurkan generasi terbaru dari iPod Nano, Nano-Chromatic. New iPod Nano ini hadir dengan beragam pilihan warna, sebut saja silver, hitam, ungu, biru, hijau, kuning, oranye, merah, dan pink. iPod Nano ini juga mengalami peningkatan di sisi memori. Tersedia 2 pilihan, 8GB dan 16GB. Dan kedua versi tersebut sama-sama mempunyai warna yang lengkap. Hebatnya lagi, iPod Nano terbaru ini sudah memiliki fitur shake, seperti pada hape-hape SE seperti W910 dan W580 untuk memindahkan lagu. Jadi jika ingin memindahkan lagu, cukup digoyang saja. Sangat impresif. iPod Nano ini megalami penambahan dan peningkatan fitur terbesar diantar iPod Nano generasi sebelumnya. Apple juga mencangkokan layar seluas 2 inci demi kepuasan menonton video di iPod ini. Bandingkan denan iPod Nano sebelumnya yang hanya memiliki layar 1,5 inci. All new iPod Nano ini juga dapat memutar  video. Format video yang disupportnya cukup banyak, diantaranya H.264, .mp4,  dan .mov.
